You choose the experience you want to give, personalise the voucher with a name and message, and receive it by email. The person receiving it can choose and book their date later.
Do I have to choose a date when I buy it?
No. The gift voucher is purchased without a date. The person receiving it can choose when to come within the voucher’s validity period.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How will I receive the gift voucher?
You’ll receive it by email once the purchase is complete, ready to send directly or print.
Can I personalise it with a name and message?
Yes. You can add the recipient’s name and a personalised message so the voucher is ready to give as a gift.
How do I book a date with the gift voucher?
The person receiving the voucher gets a code to redeem it. They simply need to visit our website, choose the experience and one of the available dates, and make the booking as they normally would. At checkout, they enter the voucher code and will receive their booking confirmation by email.
Can the date be changed once it has been booked?
Yes, as long as the change is requested with 7 days’ notice or more. The change can be made from “My Account”.
With less than 7 days’ notice, the booking cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded, except in the case of a justified medical reason. In that case, it may be rescheduled to a new date within 30 days of the original booked date.
Can a gift voucher be cancelled or refunded?
No. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and, once purchased, the amount paid will not be refunded, whether the voucher has been redeemed or not.
Can it be exchanged for another workshop or experience?
The voucher is linked to the experience it was purchased for. If you need to consider a change, you can contact us and we’ll review the case depending on availability and the applicable conditions.
What happens if the voucher expires without being used?
Once the 6-month validity period has passed, the voucher can no longer be used or extended. We consider this period sufficient time to find a suitable date, so we recommend booking in advance to have more options to choose from.
